| Green Goodness |

time goes by so quickly....
When I was in the US I picked this up from the grocery store. I absolutely LOVE it. I seriously need to find a similar juice here or figure out a recipe to make my own version....

Green Goodness
Fruit juice blended with 14 powerful nutrients. Even the healthiest juices should taste great. Bolthouse Farms Green Goodness starts with incredibly nutritious things like wheat grass, spirulina, spinach - even blue-green algae. Then we make it as delicious as it is healthy by adding apples, kiwis, mangos, bananas, pineapples and star fruit. It is a good source of iron and vitamin B6, naturally rich in vitamins A, C, and B12, and packed with powerful phytonutrients found in nature's most nutritious greens.

Thai Basil
I've discovered how critical it is for giving Thai food it's distinctive flavor. It smells a bit like anise. Here's more info about it...

I love it.

The other day I made a red curry with it and it was excellent! (chicken, red bell pepper, tauge, bamboo shoots, red curry paste, coconut milk, Thai basil)
We bought a small bottle of "Sambal Brandal" and we were anxious to try it. It worked amazing well!! super hot goodness!! :)
